ToFF Form

Powered by Formbricks
Managed by CultureOS

ToFF Form (https://form.tomoffinland.org) is the Foundation's official sovereign experience management, survey orchestration, and application intake platform.

All academic research surveys, artist residency and scholarship intakes, community feedback cycles, and institutional questionnaires are administered through ToFF Form to guarantee zero third-party telemetry, complete data sovereignty, and museum-grade brand consistency.
