Getting Started with ToFF Sign ​

This guide introduces Foundation coordinators, legal delegates, and document managers to initial access and signature configuration on ToFF Sign.

Access Details ​

  • Portal URL: https://sign.tomoffinland.org
  • Underlying Engine: Documenso Open Source Project
  • Account Provisioning: Managed centrally by the Foundation Administrator.
  • Authentication: Password-authenticated administrative access for document initiators; cryptographically authenticated secure tokens for document signers.

1. Initial Administrative Login ​

  1. Navigate to https://sign.tomoffinland.org.
  2. Enter your assigned @tomoffinland.org institutional credentials.
  3. Access the primary management dashboard, which displays active signing workflows, pending signatures, and completed document repositories.

2. Setting Up Your Digital Signature & Initials ​

Before sending or signing documents, configure your official digital signature appearance:

  1. Click your user profile in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Navigate to Signature:
    • Drawn Signature: Use a touchscreen, trackpad, or stylus to draw your handwritten signature and initials.
    • Typed Signature: Choose from standardized legal typography renderings of your legal name.
    • Uploaded Signature: Upload a clean PNG scan of your official ink signature with transparent background.
  3. Click Save Changes. This signature profile will be bound to your authenticated identity for future executions.
