Attunement Query Syntax & Precision Search
Technical Reference REF-ATT-01
Managed by CultureOS
ToFF Attunement provides an advanced query language powered by an internal MeiliSearch indexing engine. This allows researchers, curators, and administrators to execute targeted queries across thousands of archived web records, articles, and public discussions.
Engineering standards and underlying query pipelines are configured, deployed, and managed by CultureOS.
Core Syntax Conventions
- Multiple search terms separated by spaces default to logical
AND. - Boolean operators
andandorcan be used explicitly in lowercase or uppercase. - Negation is indicated by prefixing any qualifier with
-or!(e.g.,-is:archivedor!tag:press). - Grouping is supported via standard parentheses
()to construct complex compound logic. - Multi-word phrases in title, tag, or list queries must be enclosed in double quotation marks (e.g.,
tag:"art review").

tag:press is:fav -is:archived age:<30dResearch Pattern 2: Domain-Specific Exhibition Coverage
Find any exhibition-related public interaction captured from major art publications:
text
tag:exhibition (url:artforum.com or url:frieze.com or url:hyperallergic.com)Administrative Pattern 3: Crawl Verification
Audit mobile ingress records from the past week to verify indexing integrity:
text
source:mobile is:broken age:<7d
